NSW is a large state with a diverse and segmented audience. How can we personalise the experience for every visitor? People want to feel like they are part of the decisions being made by the Government. How can we give a voice to the citizens of NSW?
By leveraging user-centric principles such as accessibility, localisation and integrated data, we were able to provide a personalized experience for every individual. Users can now view live traffic conditions, locate nearby service centres, get in touch with their local government representatives and engage with initiatives relevant to their situation, from any device.
